Join us for this truly empowering guidance class.  It is time to take back our natural birth right, Goddess.  We have given in to the social norms of womanhood and for one reason or another may have lost our way.  This class will guide you to understand and embrace the power within.  We will be discussing how to manage your sanity through our moon cycle phase whether you are in menstrual phase or menopause phase.  This is not going away so let's make it work for us.  I will help you to understand that Self-Care is not an option, it is a necessity, and we must take this time for ourselves.  Lastly, we will be discussing our responsibility to the world at large.  Being cheerful givers and giving back to the planet that we've birthed.
