Peel Away the Chill is a cozy, restorative workshop designed to help you release the heaviness of winter and reconnect with warmth from the inside out.  Through soft, accessible yoga and comforting tea rituals, this experience invites the body to gently awaken while the nervous system settles into ease.


Participants are guided through slow, grounding movement paired with moments of stillness and warmth, allowing tension to melt away naturally.  Thoughtfully selected teas support the experience , encouraging presence, relaxation, and seasonal nourishment.  please bring a blanket, floor pillow or yoga mat for this workshop.  This was a popular workshop last year so book now to guarantee a spot.
