Imagine drinking a cup of chamomile tea on a misty day with the fireplace burning.  There's a hint of jasmine in the air and meditation music playing softly in the background. There's a two-foot book of handwritten natural remedies sitting on a table and many books about organic living and being your best self.  A Zen room dedicated to mindfulness practices, dried flowers all around and an overall feeling of comfort that you just can't ignore.  

This is In Sense Wellness!  

For us, mental clarity, self-awareness and protecting your energy are the building blocks of Wellness.  Which is why coaching, teaching and aligning others and us to this belief is so important.

We're like the calm after the storm because of our efforts to take whatever is affecting someone's peace, unravel it, deal with the effects so that it can't return and then develop something that feels really good.  Understanding that a lot of things take time to get out of your system, we stay the course.  We nurse it, massage it and give our full effort to help you reach a place where YOU understand that the worry and all the energy that was put into it isn't worth it, was never worth it.  That IT is stress, anxiety and anything that keeps you from living a happy, healthy existence.

Our Wellness practice offers Coaching Programs, One-Hour Guidance Classes and Wellness Workshops.

This program provides one on one sessions to discuss any areas of concern as determined by the client during the initial consultation.  Recommendations are then presented and then the work begins.  The key to success is to have a positive mindset throughout the process.

One-Hour Guidance Classes

There are currently 10 guidance classes available that teaches everything from how to incorporate good wellness practices into your diet, the products you use for your family and your home.  We also offer many self-care and self-awareness classes in addition to mindfulness classes that focuses on learning to give and receive good energy at all times.  You can enjoy these offerings for yourself or purchase a class for someone else to attend.   

Workshops

The Wellness Workshops we offer provides optimal health benefits including mental clarity, quality of life and an overall improvement in health by being surrounded by positivity.  We are building a community of happy people by simply enjoying the time being spent together doing things that feed the soul.

 Herbal Products, Jewelry and More

We sew and fill our own herbal eye masks, heat and freezer pads and herbal slippers.  We also create our own room sprays, body wash, bath oil blends and salves as a natural option for healing.  

 Our scented candles & incense are made with organic product we actually grow ourselves.   We believe that the best things come directly from the earth and with the passion we have for natural healing it was easy for us to decide that we wanted to pass the benefits along.
